- How do I connect with someone?
Go to the "Settings" menu or the main dashboard
(depending on your view) and look for the option to share your Invite Link. The other person needs to
open it on their device with OKPing installed.
- How can I delete my account?
You can delete your account by navigating to the
Settings screen inside the app and tapping on "Delete Account". This will remove your personal data from
our servers.
- Can others track my exact location?
No. OKPing only shares a timestamp when you
manually tap the "I'm Okay" button. We do not track or share your continuous GPS location.
- I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the sign-in screen, tap the "Forgot
Password" link and enter your email address to receive password reset instructions.
